What do you mean by tasks and requests?
Tasks are what we call the specific items that need to be completed for a project, like ‘create a new logo’ or ‘update this business card design.’ Requests refer to how many tasks are actively handled at once. There’s no limit on the number of requests you can submit, but based on your plan, multiple tasks can be worked on simultaneously to meet your needs.
How does the monthly subscription work?
It’s pretty straightforward. Start by sending an inquiry and selecting your preferred package. Once we get to know your business and goals, we’ll provide a proposal—no contracts, just a scope of work aligned with your plan. You’ll receive a monthly prepaid invoice to pay by card. If you decide to cancel, simply give us a month’s notice, and we’ll handle the rest from there.
How long do tasks take to complete?
Some tasks may only take 2-4 hours, while others can require several hours or even days, depending on the complexity. We aim to complete tasks as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality, typically within 72 hours. For more complex requests, a few additional days may be needed. Our work hours are 9AM to 5PM AWST, so all tasks are handled within those times.
Is there any hidden costs?
Our pricing is straightforward, but there are a few standard details to note. For instance, web hosting isn’t included unless you’re on our monthly hosting package. Essentially, we cover everything from a service perspective, but for external integrations or IT tasks, you’ll need licenses for tools like web hosting, domain registrars, email providers, or automation platforms like Zapier or Make. You’ll outline your project requirements, and we’ll break them down into tasks. Your account manager will communicate exactly how we’ll proceed, and any additional costs will always be your responsibility, paid directly to the provider.
Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months, whether it’s for the holiday season, a company break, or any other reason. Simply let us know, and we’ll hold your plan until you’re ready to pick up right where you left off.
